NEW TRASH PICK UP DAY-TUESDAY

Local Waste Services will begin a Tuesday pick up the week of December 15. This is a permanent change. The new collection day was due to a rearrangement of their pickups to be more efficient for their drivers and transportation expenses. Since Christmas and New Year’s falls on Wednesday, there will be no change in the pickup day on either of those weeks this year.

The following information remains accurate.

LOCAL WASTE observes the following holidays:

·                  New Year’s Day
·                  Memorial Day
·                  Fourth of July
·                  Labor Day
·                  Thanksgiving
·                  Christmas Day

If one of these holidays falls on or before your scheduled pick-up date, your pick-up day will be delayed one day that week only.

If one of these holidays falls on Saturday or Sunday, there will be no change to your regular schedule.

Your regular pick-up times will resume the following week.

CLUBHOUSE & POOL RULE REVISIONS 7-8-2013

The Pool Rules and Clubhouse rules have been revised to allow a resident 14 years or older to be in the pool or clubhouse without being accompanied by someone over 18. They will be permitted one non family guest who is 14 years or older.  We also removed references to the shuffleboard area and pool and ping pong table since they are no longer in use.

Please read the new rules in totality.  As a resident, it is your responsibility to know and abide by the rules.

This might be a good time to review all of the rules in the Handbook.

THE RULES MAY ALSO BE FOUND ON THE RULES PAGE BY CLICKING THE TAB LABELED RULES ABOVE.
